At Absci, you'll explore the exciting world of AI-generated antibodies and biological hits, assessing their cellular binding and engineering innovative cell lines for our cutting-edge programs. Our Cellular Screening Team collaborates closely with our Disease Biology team to develop and optimize cell-based assays. Your work will be pivotal in elucidating mechanisms of action (MOA), confirming desirable activity, and predicting the PK/PD properties of our promising hits and leads. The salary range for this position is $78,000 - 100,000/year. Competitive equity package applies. Pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
